4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
  • Final prices may vary based on actual repair requirements
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited services
  • All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and bank transfers
  • Devices will not be released until payment is completed

5. Warranty and Guarantees

  • We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair services

7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Limitation of Liability

TimonArch's liability is limited as follows:

  • Total liability shall not exceed the cost of repair services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Data loss liability is limited to reasonable recovery efforts

9. Device Abandonment

  • Devices not collected within 30 days are considered abandoned
  • Storage fees may apply after the initial 30-day period
  • Abandoned devices may be disposed of after 90 days
  • Customers will be notified before disposal when possible

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content is owned by TimonArch or licensed
  • Customers may not reproduce or distribute our content
  • Trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners
  • Fair use is permitted for educational and review purposes

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or to support illegal activities
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting viruses or malicious code

12. Termination
